It starts with people.

People are the most valuable commodity within a company. You can have a great product or service – but if you don’t have the right people the company is going to be spending more time on personnel issues than business. With a phenomenal team your company can go far. If you are a consulting company – your value is your team.

You spend more time at work than you do with your families. The people at work become your second family. When you are in a “bad job” it takes its toll on every aspect of your life. You want to make sure you are happy where you work and that you are doing something you enjoy. Something that is helping you get to that next level – whether that is learning something new and exciting, working towards that next promotion, or just working on a stimulating product.

As a Recruiter with over 19 years of experience I understand both sides. It’s about the right fit for the employer and the job seeker. I take the time to understand the organization and the role and then work towards finding the right match. It is taking the time to understand what the job seeker is looking for and really listening to them. It is about seeing the big picture.
